We believe every one has the right to a good work-life balance!

That is why we provide both Virtual Assistant and Concierge Services.

You deserve a helping hand.

We have designed our signing on process to be as smooth and straightforward as possible as we understand that you would not be here if you were not overwhelmed by the length of your to-do lists. We have also made the services we offer as varied as possible. If you can't see what you are looking for, let us know, we are sure we'll be able to help (or point you in the right direction if not).

Lighten your burden.

Whether it's for "work" (your professional to-do list) or for "home" (your personal to-do list) we are certain we will be able to help you. And if you live in Berkshire, we will also be able to help you in more practical ways. Find out more through our FAQs.

Work-Life Balance

We profoundly believe in the importance of a good work-life balance which is why we support our clients, to get some balance back in their lives, and our students to be able to feel the satisfaction of a job well done.

How Does It Work?

It all starts with a conversation.

The best place to start is with a conversation about your needs. If you are new to delegation, we can think about ways of making the journey easier for you. Have a look at our Services page that can give you ideas about what might be easy first steps for you.

Contracting

Next, we draw up a contract. We know that busy people want processes to be as straightforward as possible, and have tried many options to skip this stage, but ultimately it remains important, particularly from a GDPR perspective. But rest assured, we make good use of virtual platforms to expedite this as much as possible.

We invoice monthly, by the minute!

Regardless of the type of contract you choose (whether on Retainer or Ad-Hoc), we will invoice you for the time worked delineating how this was distributed amongst the types of tasks carried out to allow you to be in control at all times.

Discounts for Social Enterprises and Charities.

We are CIC is a Community Interest Company which is why we are very keen to support other Social Entrepreneurs and Charities. For that reason, we provide discounts of between 10% and 20% to these organisations, depending on turnover. Contact us to find out more.

What is a Community Interest Company?

A Community Interest Company (CIC) sits halfway between a Charity and a Business. Ours is limited by Shares so it is closer to the business end of the spectrum. However, a minimum of 65% of any profits we make, will be donated to Graft Thames Valley, who are our partners.

All the work we do has the double value of helping our clients as well as helping our students (individuals who have been long-term unemployed due to illness or other barriers) who are keen to reenter mainstream employment but are uncertain about how to do this, or have skills gaps for the career they hope to develop for themselves.
